Accessibility Statement

What we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. That is a goal we build toward, not a certification, and we keep working at it as we update the site.

• Text and buttons sized and contrasted for easy reading.
• Every page reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
• Descriptive text for images and clear labels on every form field.
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom.

Known limitations

• The embedded Google map on our contact and pricing pages is a third-party component we do not control. Our full address is always written out as plain text next to it, and you can call us for directions.
• Some photographs of our trucks and equipment are decorative and carry no additional description.

You never have to use this website to buy oil from us. Call (413) 930-4835 during our office hours and a person will take your order, confirm the price and schedule the delivery with you.
